More about your connection
An IoT SIM connects equipment rather than replacing your everyday phone plan. The right choice depends on the device, where it works and the data it sends. Farm machinery, tracking equipment, monitoring devices and remote installations can have very different requirements.
Data-Fi IoT SIMs are fully roaming and non-steered for use in the UK and Europe. They use the selected monthly data allowance across the included destinations and available networks. Country, network and device compatibility still matter: ask us to check the intended installation and destinations before ordering.
Start with the equipment manufacturer's usage guidance and any existing data records. A device sending occasional readings is different from one uploading images or receiving large updates. Consider seasonal work and unusual peaks as well as a typical month.
The IoT options below have a 12-month minimum term and are billed monthly. Review the selected-plan information for the monthly charges, scheduled price changes, included allowance and cancellation conditions. Additional data usage is charged separately.
When your account is ready, we email access details for your Data-Fi platform. You can view bills, manage your SIM services and see the options available for your service.

During the fixed minimum term, the monthly price increases by £0.20 including VAT per SIM on each 1 April, with the first possible increase on 1 April 2027. Your exact price dates and minimum total depend on activation; Data-Fi will reconfirm these before you agree to start service.
Scheduled amounts illustrate activation on 30 October 2026. Your exact dated schedule and minimum total are shown during contract review. This is not a promised activation date.
Billed monthly in advance by Direct Debit from activation. Early-termination charges may apply during the minimum term. Physical SIM tracked postage is £3.95 per order including VAT; eSIM email delivery has no postage charge. After the minimum term the service continues monthly, with 30 days’ notice for ordinary cancellation and statutory switching rights unchanged.
